NEWS:
Kelly Clarkson Talks Weight Loss đź’ˇ

Kelly Clarkson is a famous singer who lost close to 80 pounds. There have been rumors about ozempic and keto gummies. It was neither. In an exclusive interview, she opens up about her weight loss journey. She never disclosed the exact name of the drug during the interview but she mentioned what it does. The drug helps break down sugar in the body.
After some research, she previously talked about a drug called Mounjaro (tirzepatide). An FDA-approved drug to help break down sugar in the body. Will we see a big shift in weight loss culture? Will more people opt in for pharmaceuticals rather than exercising and eating healthy? I believe there’s a place for both and it depends on the individual.
EXERCISE:
How to do the perfect hip thrust 🍑
Have you always wanted to grow your butt muscles but don’t know how? This exercise right here is one of the best exercises hands down. Not only will this exercise make your butt look bigger but having strong glutes takes a lot of pressure off your back. However many people do this wrong. I will show you how I coach this exercise. (for a full breakdown of glute training I written an extensive article on LinkedIn)

Place feet hip-width apart, around 90 degrees. Toes slightly pointing out.
Anchor your back close to the bottom of your scapula
Posterior pelvic tilt and push with the glutes (without overarching your lower back)
Do a short pause at the top and brace your core.
Maintain a stable head position so tension is not placed on the neck
INSIGHT:
Practice Persistence đź’ˇ
How many times have we failed or thought about giving up? During the invention of the light bulb, Thomas Edison reportedly tried 999 times but on the 1000th time, he finally did it.
Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. Albert Einstein once said, “genius is just persistence in disguise.”
