🧠The Knowledge Paradox and How to Do an RDL

GM. Welcome to the club.
NEWS:
Equinox wants you to live longer but for a price

A new service at Equinox just launched where you could get your blood drawn and observed by doctors. They look at your blood and see how they can make you live longer. Cost? $40,000/ year
You get to work with a trainer, a massage therapist, a sleep specialist and a doctor.
Equinox is taking a step into the longevity and anti-aging industry. Which saw big investments in 2022, equivalent to 5.2 billion.
It’s a hefty price for those that could afford it. But for those that can’t, just work out and eat healthier.
EXERCISE:
How to do an RDL (Romanian Deadlift)
One of my favorite exercise to build the glutes. You can use a barbell or a dumbbell for this exercise.
The key is to synchronize the movement where you are putting more tension on the glutes rather than the hamstrings. You can achieve this through a soft bend in the knee.
Place feet hip-width apart
A soft bend in the knee, descend down but keep the core engaged
You should feel a slight stretch on your glutes
Keep rep range about 8-12 for muscle growth

INSIGHT: The More We Learn, The Less We Know
In the pursuit of knowledge, there is a paradox that arises: the more you learn, the more you realize how much you don't know. This paradox is a humbling realization that despite acquiring vast amounts of knowledge, there will always be more to discover and understand.
